Peter Janson is a Boston-based jazz guitarist known for his expressive, melodic style. His playing blends the depth of jazz with the elegance of classical and acoustic traditions, creating performances that are both sophisticated and inviting.
He has performed throughout North America, with appearances including Carnegie Hall and the Montreal Jazz Festival, sharing bills and stages with luminaries such as Wouter Kellerman, Preston Reed, Adam Miller, Sean McGowan, Peppino D'Agostino, Ed Gerhard, Michael Manring, Stephen Bennett, and Beppe Gambetta. His music has been featured in documentaries, commercials, and international media. His recordings have reached listeners in over 100 countries and continue to receive worldwide broadcasts.
